The process
From the first idea to the finished tack room
In four clear steps we take you from the first consultation through measuring and planning to production and installation. Personal throughout, transparent, and matched exactly to your rooms, your equipment and your requirements.

Getting to know you, and measuring on site
We get to know you and your requirements where your tack room will be built: on site with you. First contact can happen by phone, at a trade fair or straight away at an on-site appointment.
Measuring is about more than centimetres. We look at how you work in the stable, the equipment you have, your ideas for the design and the structural conditions. Right there on site we lay the groundwork for a tack room that works for you functionally, visually and financially.
We measure and document the room precisely with laser, folding rule and photos. Cavacella handles your appointment personally, with craft experience and a trained eye for the details that make the difference later.

Planning with a rider's eye
Nina knows everyday stable life from experience, not from theory. She knows which movements repeat every day, what has to be within quick reach, and what furniture and equipment have to withstand in a stable.
That knowledge flows straight into the planning. The result is not a tack room that merely looks good, but one that proves itself in daily use.

Design, coordination and quote
Building on the on-site appointment, Nina develops an individual room concept that brings together function, design and the investment you have in mind.
You receive a worked-out design with drawings and, where useful, several variants to choose from. We then discuss the design together. Your feedback and the resulting adjustments are a fixed part of the planning process.
Once every detail is agreed, you receive the complete quote. Because each tack room is created individually by room, fittings and choice of materials, there is no flat catalogue price. Costs are part of the thinking from the start, though, so that planning and budget stay aligned.

Production and installation
After your approval we build your tack room in our own joinery workshop in Düsseldorf. Every element is made to fit precisely, based on the agreed design.
We then deliver the finished interior and install it properly on site. Your project stays in one pair of hands from planning to the last touch.
Production usually takes 6 to 8 weeks. We agree the delivery and installation date with you early on.
